In addition to the cost of registering for the exam, which is currently $320, students may also need to invest in study materials such as textbooks, question banks, and practice exams. These decks use basic cards and go so much more in-depth, but you would ideally need at least 4 months to complete them (though it can be done in less time).Preparing for the Medical College Admission Test (MCAT) can be a significant financial investment for premedical students. If you want something that goes more in-depth, I would highly suggest JackSparrow's or Ortho528's decks. I for one just augmented MileDown's P/S deck with the 100 page KA document (skimmed through it and focused on areas that I didn't know too well). If you want something for P/S, I would recommend using Cubene's P/S or PsychAnswer4U's P/S deck. That being said, MileDown's essential equations deck is golden. It's good if you're aiming for sub-515 but I find that for the most part, it just isn't comprehensive enough for a super high score (keep in mind that Miledown scored a 516). It also uses Cloze Deletions, which can have the tendency to test recognition rather than recall. You could easily finish it in about 2 weeks if you tried. I managed to finish it in about 1 month and dedicating around 2 hours a day learning/reviewing cards. It's not as comprehensive as some other decks but it does the job if you don't have the time to commit to Anki.
